Grant Morrel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Morrel Hollow Holdings, a privately held investment company focused on building, acquiring, and stewarding businesses with enduring value.

A native of New Mexico, Grant brings a long-term perspective to business and investing, favoring disciplined growth, strong operators, and companies with the potential to compound value across generations. His approach is intentionally measured: preserve what works, improve what can be strengthened, and avoid sacrificing long-term quality for short-term results.

Grant’s leadership philosophy is rooted in stewardship, discretion, and personal accountability. He believes capital carries responsibility and that the strongest businesses are built on sound judgment, trusted relationships, and a willingness to think in decades rather than quarters.

Faith and family remain central to his life. Grant is the father of two sons, Asher and Axel, and views the work of Morrel Hollow Holdings through the lens of legacy—building institutions, relationships, and opportunities worthy of being passed forward.

Away from the office, Grant maintains deep ties to New Mexico and is a longtime supporter of the New Mexico Lobos.

Under his leadership, Morrel Hollow Holdings seeks to operate quietly, invest thoughtfully, and build with permanence.
